Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury 5 Hotel

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Berkshire. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Deputy Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the hotel's brasserie style restaurant. Working closely with the management team, you'll help lead and motivate the front of house team, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment
• A solid background in 4 or 5-star hotels or high end restaurants
• Experience supporting and developing front of house teams
• A hands on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
• Immaculate personal presentation and excellent guest relations skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and career progression within luxury hotels
