A bit about what you will do

• Assistant Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests' expectations.
• Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests' needs and brand standards.
• Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
• Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
• Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
• Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.

• You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages
• You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team
• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
