We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and support the Restaurant General Manager with the food and beverage department and contribute to the continued development of the restaurant within the luxury market.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in operational leadership, team development, and delivering a consistently high quality guest experience. This opportunity suits someone looking to progress their career within a dynamic hospitality business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food and beverage department, ensuring high operational standards
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, acting as Duty Manager when required
• Deliver a consistently high standard of guest experience
• Support the ongoing development of the restaurant

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrates interest and experience in food and beverage operations
• Experienced in AA Rosette environment
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional, guest-focused approach
