We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the food and beverage department. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef you will have a big input in developing this restaurant further. Since opening they have achieved multiple rosettes and awards.

• Leading the food and beverage department
• Acting as a Duty Manager when needed
• Exceeding guest expectations
• Leading the wine program
