Job Description
We are recruiting for one of our clients operating in the healthcare sector: Restaurant Assistant at 100%Job Description:60% of your time will be spent helping and supporting the Restaurant in its tasks:- Ensure the operation and development of sales points on the Fribourg site.- Replace the Restaurant Manager during their holidays and in their absence.- Contribute to the continuous service of the restaurant and assist the Restaurant Manager during special events in the restaurants (themed weeks).- Manage teams on the ground (internal and temporary staff), transmit knowledge and motivate the team.- Actively work on the ground (20% restaurant, 20% training and mentoring (new) staff and apprentices).- Regularly organize (internal or external) training and develop customer relations and maintain a good quality of service towards all customers.- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to their requests.- Establish schedules (kiosk, public cafeteria, and staff restaurant).- Be present at the sales points during lunchtime service.- Improve, keep up to date, and enforce files and procedures in the sector.- Guarantee the movement of cash and revenues from various sales points in your sector by following the financial directives of the establishment.- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, safety and ergonomics rules, internal process directives, as well as stock management and assist in the supply of food and necessary items, in accordance with the current regulations and the company's budget.- Maintain good relationships with chefs and other logistics sectors.- Provide assistance in another sector if necessary.40% of your time will be spent helping and supporting the Restaurant in its managerial activities:- Support and replace the Restaurant Manager, control and monitor roadmaps or other documents related to the tasks and functions of the teams according to the budget (PEP), identify job/task needs.- Train, manage, and supervise staff and apprentices, carry out mentoring.- Prepare and lead annual evaluations.- Cultivate team spirit so that everyone feels united and co-responsible for the team's proper functioning.- Perform various tasks delegated by the Restaurant Manager: projects or help with projects, service development and sales points, etc.You hold a diploma in a vocational certificate or a degree deemed equivalent. You have a supplementary certification in food hygiene. You hold a degree in management. You have knowledge in dietetics and nutrition and are sensitive to hospital hygiene requirements. You are required to adhere to internal protocols and traceability. You possess a sense of responsibility, service, and confidentiality. You must demonstrate rigor and exemplary conduct. You have good stress management skills.
