Responsibilities

• Lead the night Front Office team in the Reception area.
• Deliver a VIP experience to every guest during night operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest enquiries, complaints, emergencies, and evacuations.
• Ensure smooth, efficient night time front office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong passion for exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in complaint handling and problem solving.
