Assistant Manager- Jewellery

We're looking for experienced Jewellery Supervisors and Assistant Managers, as well as high-performing Senior Sales professionals ready to take the next step into leadership, to join a large and rapidly scaling flagship jewellery store in the heart of Dublin.

What You'll Do

• Support the leadership and day-to-day running of the jewellery department.
• Drive sales while delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience.
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting and motivating the wider sales team.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing luxury clients.
• Support stock management, visual merchandising and daily operations.
• Coach colleagues and help develop product knowledge and sales performance.

About You

• Proven sales experience within fine jewellery.
• You may currently be a Senior Sales Advisor looking for your first leadership opportunity, or already working as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager and looking for a bigger challenge.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and precious metals.
• A strong track record of delivering against sales targets and building client relationships.
• Professional, polished and passionate about luxury retail.
• Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to develop within a growing business.
