Responsibilities

Assist in the leadership of the school with a primary focus on safeguarding and child protection. Lead the well being team to ensure children are safe and improve standards of attendance and outcomes for all. Work strategically to promote school improvement, fostering strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working as a DSL/DDSL or within a safeguarding team. Demonstrated experience in strategic school leadership and classroom practice. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to motivate and support colleagues. Commitment to partnership with governors, parents, and other stakeholders. Knowledge of statutory safeguarding guidance and experience across the primary phase.
