Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join the visitor centre team at Benromach Distillery. The role will manage the host team and tour experiences at Benromach ensuring we deliver world class service to our guests.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience / Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the whisky industry, including production, maturation, and tasting.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience gained in a hospitality/tourism environment.
• Proven experience in delivering a 5-star experience is highly beneficial
• Experienced people manager/leader who leads by example and inspires exceptional customer service from the team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering a 5 star service to our guests.
• Working knowledge of a foreign language would be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• IOSH Managing safely is desirable, however a Health & Safety mindset is vital.
