The Role - Assistant General Manager (Hospitality / Food Service Manager)As an Assistant General Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be the General Manager's right hand - leading shifts, driving restaurant operations, and ensuring outstanding food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction in a busy fast food / hospitality environment.

- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, KPIs, and performance targets
- Lead shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and customer service excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through staff training and performance management
- Manage labour, inventory, and cost control to support strong business performance
- Maintain food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
- Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
- Step up as Duty Manager when required
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Build a positive, inclusive hospitality team culture
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food, hospitality, or food service
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational awareness
