As an Assistant General Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be the General Manager's right hand - leading shifts, driving restaurant operations, and ensuring outstanding food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction in a busy fast food / hospitality environment.

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, KPIs, and performance targets
• Lead shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and customer service excellence
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through staff training and performance management
• Manage labour, inventory, and cost control to support strong business performance
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
• Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
• Step up as Duty Manager when required
• Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Build a positive, inclusive hospitality team culture

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food, hospitality, or food service
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and operational awareness
