Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Classic Lodges is a growing independent Hotel Company with ten hotels in its portfolio. The Old Swan Hotel which is a stunning property in Harrogate, north Yorkshire is looking for a Confidant, Dynamic and Entrepreneurial addition to its friendly team.

As Assistant F&B Manager you will be responsible for supporting with the management of the Bar, Restaurant and Banqueting team. You will have previous supervisory/management experience in a Restaurant and have good knowledge of working in large hotels. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to manage a busy Food and Beverage team whilst providing an excellent level of service for our guests.
