Job Description

Monticello is looking for an assistant girls flag football coach. This coach will be supporting the team at practices as well as coaching the JV team at games. Practices are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5pm-6:30pm starting on April 6th. Games will be on Sunday afternoons starting on April 26th.

Certification and Experience

• Previous flag football coaching experience preferred
• Previous experience working with middle school and high school aged students preferred
• Strong leadership and time management skills required
• Effective decision making skills while acting within the district policies, procedures and guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community, and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, families and staff
• Experience working with diverse students and families
