Title: Member Services Representative

Reports to: Club Manager

FLSA: Non Exempt

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Member Services Representative you will provide member concierge services, promote club benefits, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for all. You'll help with check in, tours, enrollment, and supporting club operations, while enjoying competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure the club is clean and well maintained, meeting member expectations.
• Encourage new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to the Black Card amenities.
• Assist with member check in and farewells, provide tours, and support club responsibilities.
• Lead by example, promote a positive culture, and invite members to achieve their goals.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy competitive salary, PF Black Card membership, and career growth.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and perform general tasks; safe handling of hazardous chemicals is acceptable.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling 50 lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, crouching as required.
