Position: Seasonal Assistant Manager

Molly's Bar & Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside management and colleagues, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our bar and restaurant at Coed Helen Holiday Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting management and colleagues in the daily running of the business
• Leading and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assisting with staff training, development, and performance management
• Managing shifts and staffing levels
• Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
• Supporting the delivery of events, functions, and promotions

What We're Looking For:

• Previous management experience within hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, hands on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Personal License holder preferred
