We are looking for an individual with passion to be our next Assistant Bakery Manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

And when priorities shift, you'll be comfortable changing gear, adapting quickly to meet the needs of the business while keeping your team engaged and customers at the heart of everything you do.

As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will:

• Lead shifts with energy and confidence, helping the team deliver outstanding service every time
• Support with the training, coaching and developing of colleagues to consistently achieve our brand standards
• Serve the World's Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride
• Deploy the team effectively, making the most of individual strengths to maximise sales
• Support sales, KPI and operational performance while maintaining excellent food quality, safety and cleanliness standards
• Embed our "High End Bakery" mindset and build a culture of engagement, accountability and high performance
• Inspire your team to deliver industry leading service every time
• Help establish the bakery as a valued part of the local community

You will receive full training on our Rise and Shine Programme, which will give you the skills To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.

What we are looking for:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment
• A proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets
• A strong commitment to food quality, safety and operational standards
• A positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example
