  • Cycle to Work scheme - we'll buy a bike up-front, and you can pay it off over the next 12 months via a salary sacrifice scheme
  • We organise occasional in-person office socials to make sure you can build on deeper trusting connections with peers
  • 33 days base holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays) including company closure between Christmas and New Year
Interview Process

Interviews at Mo-Sys are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a three stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you will also be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment. Depending on the position, you may also be required to undertake a technical assessment. The final stage normally involves meeting with senior members of the management team in our office in North Greenwich, London.
