Asbestos Bid Manager - Guildford

Our client is a well-established asbestos removal company who provide a range of professional services to national clients. They are now looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Asbestos Bid Manager to join their busy team in the Guildford area. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on PQQ's, ITT's and Tender returns. Consideration will be given to candidates based in Guildford, Reading, Southampton and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Will hold previous experience working on PQQ's, ITT's and Tender returns.
• Ideally, the applicant will come from a strong educational background.
• Have experience working as a bid writer either within the asbestos or construction sectors.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package, including PowerPoint and Visio.
• Good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining registrations with appropriate authorities/bodies to ensure receipt of relevant EOIs, PQQs and Tender notifications.
• Full management of the bid process.
• Liaising with the company's teams to assess any new opportunities.
• Completing the required documentation (with input from various departments) and ensuring submission within the required time frame.
• Maintaining an effective archive/filing structure for past submissions, etc.
• Monitoring and evaluating the success rates and conversions.
