Area Sales Manager

About the role

Field-based role primarily covering the Cumbria and Lake District area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, and water.
• Meet and exceed sales and turnover targets for assigned accounts.
• Translate trade strategies into action, using market insights to stay ahead.
• Lead innovative business ventures to propel company growth.
• Achieve KPI targets to impact bonus earnings.

Qualifications

• Robust On-Trade background in Account Management or knowledge from behind the bar.
• Full driving license (maximum six points) and readiness to cover Cumbria and Lake District area.
• Strong people skills, commercial acumen, tenacity and drive to deliver results.
• WSET qualification level 2 desirable but not essential.
