Package and Terms:
Base salary: £50-55k, with an annual bonus scheme (starting at £5k), no commission structure.
Company car (non-negotiable): Ford Explorer (electric).
Benefits include a pension and 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
Interview and Timeline:
Scott's schedule is tight next week, so they plan to review candidates after his CEO visit.
