The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Take a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients
• Attend sales appointments arranged by telemarketing
• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Participate in a four-week induction training program

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• B2B field sales experience
• Understanding of consultative sales processes
• Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in lead generation
• Experience selling to SMEs
• Strong closing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A full driving license

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary starting at £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year, with uncapped OTE of £90K+ (top earners earn over £150K). Company car or £5,000 car allowance, life insurance, 24/7 employment relations advice line, and your birthday off.

Commission & Bonuses

Commission is calculated quarterly based on sales:

• 0 to £200,000 = 5%
• Over £200,000 = 10% (uncapped)

Additional quarterly bonus of £5,000 for achieving 30 deals and £325,000 revenue.
