Salary: £35000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established, design-led architectural practice based in Surrey is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This RIBA-chartered studio is known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and education. The practice offers a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes technical excellence, innovation, and ongoing professional development.

The role of Architectural Technologist will involve:

Leading and supporting retail design and fit-out projects from concept through to completion Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and construction information Preparing specifications and Scope of Works documentation Coordinating technical information across internal teams, consultants, and contractors Liaising with clients and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Supporting project programming, coordination, and site activities where required Ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards Managing workload across multiple live projects to meet deadlines

The successful Architectural Technologist will have:

Relevant degree or qualification in Architectural Technology Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods Proficiency in Revit is essential Experience producing detailed specifications and Scope of Works documents Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proven ability to manage workload and perform well under pressure
