Finance, Risk & People Services Project: AML Programme - Financial Crime Compliance (Atlas - Phase One Non-Personal)

Overview: We are seeking two Senior Change Business Analysts to support a key AML programme within Financial Crime Compliance. The role will focus on delivering high-quality business analysis to support regulatory and operational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end business analysis activities across the programme

Gather, define, and document business requirements

Create and manage user stories aligned to business needs

Support operating model definition and design

Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements

Contribute to successful delivery of AML-focused change initiatives

Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within change programmes

Proven experience working on AML or Financial Crime projects

Expertise in user story creation and backlog management

Experience defining and implementing operating models

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience working in financial services environments
