Velcourt, one of the UK's leading farm management companies, is seeking a motivated Arable Operative to join our West Norfolk operation on a permanent basis. This is a rare chance to build a rewarding long-term career in arable farming.

Key Responsibilities

• Drilling
• Fertiliser application
• Cultivations including ploughing using a Case Rowtrac
• Relief spraying
• Out loading grain
• Machinery maintenance

Key Attributes

• Familiarity with GPS technology
• Telehandler ticket with PA1 & PA2 certificates (full training available)
• Can-do attitude and ability to work independently and on own initiative
