Role 
Velcourt, one of the UK's leading farm management companies, is seeking a motivated Arable Operative to join our West Norfolk operation on a permanent basis. This is a rare chance to build a rewarding long-term career in arable farming.
Key Responsibilities- Drilling
- Fertiliser application
- Cultivations including ploughing using a Case Rowtrac
- Relief spraying
- Out loading grain
- Machinery maintenance
- Familiarity with GPS technology
- Telehandler ticket with PA1 & PA2 certificates (full training available)
- Can-do attitude and ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Permanent position
