Apprentice Service Delivery Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their skills in service coordination, administration and customer service while gaining valuable experience within a professional engineering environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Apprentice Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the engineering inspection services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the operational, technical, and engineering teams, you will help coordinate daily schedules, communicate with clients, monitor inspection progress, and maintain accurate service records.
- Manage the daily scheduling of engineering teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for client service requests, issue resolution and operational updates.
- Maintain and update service records confidentially, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, client communications and service records within BTIS systems.
- Track inspection progress using BTIS scheduling systems and elevate potential delays or operational risks to line management.
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination of inspection services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing service operations.
- Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in all dealings, in accordance with ISO 17020and BTIS Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Support the wider team with administrative and coordination duties as required.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths - essential.
- Highly organisedwith the ability to manage tasks and keep accurate records.
- Team-player mindsetand the ability to work positively with colleagues across different areas of the business.
- A genuine desire to learnand develop new skills.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good timekeepingand the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Customer service or business administration experience - advantageous but not essential.
