Hands-On Farm Worker Apprenticeship - Level 2

Skern Training is offering an apprenticeship on a Beaworthy farm with a 12-month duration. The role focuses on general farm work including feeding calves and yard duties. The program provides 1-2-1 coaching, group sessions, and access to tutorials and e-learning to support the apprentice.

Essential requirements are cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail. Farming experience is preferred but not essential; Maths and English GCSEs at grade 4+ are preferred but not essential.
