Job Description
Ian Williams Ltd. in Birmingham is offering an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor role within our busy hub. You will learn on the job and work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 while handling client and tenant inquiries and coordinating repair jobs.
You'll start in the Customer Inbound Team with mentors, then move into planning teams to manage engineers and improve scheduling efficiency. This 18 month apprenticeship provides hands on experience and career development.
