As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

• Ensure observability tools are configured to give full visibility of system health.
• Respond to incidents and urgent issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Investigate and triage operational issues in collaboration with the wider engineering team.
• Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, and quality of operational services.
• Document and report on defects, problems, and risks, sharing knowledge through dashboards and coaching.

• Proven experience working in an operations or support team managing SaaS applications.
• A strong background in SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Experience with Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL).

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in either London or Manchester, with a competitive salary of £40,000-50,000 per annum.
