APAC Enterprise Crypto Sales Director

Utila is seeking a Sales Director based in the APAC region to drive new customer acquisition and expand our footprint across Asia-Pacific. You will own the full sales cycle and build relationships with key decision-makers inside banks, fintechs, and PSPs.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7+ years in enterprise crypto/payments sales, a hunter mentality, and ability to travel 25%+. You will work with leadership to refine GTM strategies and navigate complex procurement cycles.
