Job Description

TP ICAP Group in Belfast seeks a seasoned anti-financial crime leader to deliver governance, MI, policy, and training across global AFC programmes. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, coordinate cross regional AFC projects, and drive improvement with MLROs and regional leads.

You will influence strategic AFC initiatives, support regulatory responses, and embed global standards within a complex, multi jurisdictional environment.
