We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist II to join an established quality team in Dunboyne, Co. Meath .

You'll support the release of incoming materials and outsourced products, contribute to laboratory and quality activities, and work alongside a 28-person QC team in a role offering broad exposure across analytical testing and quality operations.

• Support the release of incoming goods and outsourced products and processes , ensuring activities meet required quality standards.
• Perform analytical testing using UPLC, CE and PA800 , including work involving raw materials, stability and drug substance testing .
• Support validation activities within the laboratory.
• Manage activities relating to deviations and compliance .
• Apply Good Documentation Practices across QC activities.
• Provide input on quality-related issues and improvements .
• Understand the quality requirements for introducing materials to site and communicate these effectively to suppliers .
• Support the implementation of quality requirements at a local level.
• Work with moderate direction while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Previous experience within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical QC or analytical laboratory environment . This is an experienced-level position and graduates will not be considered .
• Practical experience working within a GMP-regulated environment .
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation and compliance requirements .
• Experience supporting deviations, investigations or validation activities .
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate direction while contributing effectively within a wider team.
• Confidence communicating quality requirements with suppliers and internal stakeholders .
• A proactive, detail-focused and quality-driven approach.

Quality Control plays a critical role in ensuring that materials and products meet the standards required for quality, safety and compliance .
