Air freight forwarder

You will autonomously manage all air freight operations, i.e., Air Freight Forwarder (m,f,d). You will independently handle all air freight, including import/export file management, transport document management, and liaising with logistics partners. You will ensure full monitoring of shipments, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, efficiency, and service quality. Air Freight Forwarder (m,f,d) Our client is a major player in specialized transport, focusing on air and maritime transport solutions, with experienced teams and structured processes. Responsibilities As an AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER, you will have the following responsibilities: Full management of import/export air files, establishment, control and updating of documents (AWB/HAWB, customs documents, handling instructions). Coordination with airlines, partner forwarders, handling agents, and warehouses, monitoring and traceability of shipments, including pre-alerts and strict compliance with Swiss customs regulations and procedures. Closing of files and managing associated proactive resolution of anomalies. Confirmed experience in air forwarding, mastery of air documents (AWB), Swiss customs procedures, and regulations. Comfort with simultaneously managing multiple files in a service-oriented environment, rigor, and excellent follow-up. Good command of freight tools, fluent French, and at least B1/2 level in English.
