Job Description

We are currently seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic AIM Support Worker to join our team at Butterfly Garden Preschool.

This role is part of the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) and involves supporting a child within the preschool setting to fully participate in daily activities in a warm, nurturing environment.

Hours

Monday to Friday
12:30pm - 3:30pm
15 hours per week (term-time position

Requirements

Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent)
Experience working with young children
Understanding of additional needs (AIM experience an advantage)
Patient, kind and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
