AIM Support worker

We are currently seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic AIM Support Worker to join our team at Butterfly Garden Preschool.

This role is part of the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) and involves supporting a child within the preschool setting to fully participate in daily activities in a warm, nurturing environment.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 12:30pm - 3:30pm
• 15 hours per week (term-time position

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent)
• Experience working with young children
• Understanding of additional needs (AIM experience an advantage)
• Patient, kind and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
