As a dedicated AI Developer Tooling Engineer, you will own the integration of AI across the engineering organization to accelerate velocity and code quality. You will define the AI coding stack, build MCP servers, and establish best practices for agent-assisted workflows, ensuring AI acts as a responsible force multiplier for every engineer in the company.

What you will do

• Standardize and roll out the AI assisted development stack across IDEs, PR workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate MCP servers and AI ready infrastructure to enable context aware code generation and agent skills.
• Track and report measurable productivity improvements such as PR cycle time and code throughput across the team.

The ideal candidate

• Strong software engineering background with production TypeScript experience and deep knowledge of tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Hands on experience building RAG pipelines, managing embeddings, and deploying agentic workflows in real world codebases.
• Highly autonomous mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous experimental tech into stable, production ready internal systems.
