Agricultural Field Service Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance and repair activities for on predominantly tractors, Fendt, Massey and Valtra. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Duties

Maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to provide effective solutions.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.

Skills

Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or related fields.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site service calls.
Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or software systems is advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
