What you'll do:

As an Agile Coach, you'll guide a team of professionals toward greater Agile maturity. The team is responsible for managing buildings and installations and currently has limited experience with Agile methodologies and the use of JIRA.

You will:

• Coach the team in adopting Agile principles and ways of working
• Support the transition from traditional workflows to Agile practices
• Train and guide the team in using JIRA effectively
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and team ownership

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of full-time experience as an Agile Coach within the Netherlands
• HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's level) working and thinking ability
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills: clear in your messaging, a good listener, and quick to build internal networks
• Independent and self-starting, while maintaining close alignment with stakeholders
• Structured in your approach, yet flexible enough to adapt to existing ways of working
