Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Laindon Medical Group are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive primary care team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job- Provide autonomous clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Manage a range of acute and long-term conditions
- Prescribe medications (if qualified as an independent prescriber)
- Triage and manage same-day appointments
- Undertake home visits where required
- Support clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
Laindon Medical Group is a long-established practice, serving a population of nearly 19,000 patients. We have 4 partners and an excellent clinical mix of 6 salaried GPs, practices nurses, a team of allied health professionals, with a strong, organised administrative team, including a practice manager, deputy manager and operations leads.

Person Specification Qualifications- Professional registration with relevant professional body
- Post-graduate qualification in specific speciality, or equivalent experience
- Registered Nurse, NMC registration with an active PIN
- Demonstrable primary care experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience delivering long-term condition care and immunisation services
- Confident in supporting others learning and change implementation
