Job Brief

Key tasks to be completed within 3-6 months include:

1. Completing community and placement reviews in a timely manner
2. Conducting Mental Capacity Assessments on tenancy, finances, residence, etc.
3. Carrying out safeguarding adults work
4. Handling legal and Court of Protection work, such as s.21 challenges and preparing papers for deputies and appointees
5. Attending and participating in staff meetings
6. Experience in setting up, advising on, and reviewing Direct Payment care plans is desirable
7. Completing Carers assessments and providing general support to carers
8. Providing clear and concise advice to vulnerable adults
9. Applying relevant legislation to practice
10. Learning or having experience with Mosaic application and other IT systems
