What you will do

• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with statutory and non-statutory organisations including hospitals, residential settings, and community services.
• Safeguarding Triage: Assess and respond to safeguarding concerns within statutory timescales.
• Case Management: Manage your own caseload independently, ensuring high standards of assessment and intervention.
• Investigations: Undertake safeguarding enquiries, including Section 42 investigations and reporting.
• Decision Making: Record and communicate decisions clearly and professionally.
• Risk Assessment: Apply strong analytical skills to assess and manage risk effectively.
• Professional Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, safeguarding practice, and policy guidance.
