Adult Psychiatrist - Exeter & Portsmouth Clinical Full Time Psychiatry

Beautiful Seacoast area with four seasons, 55 minutes from Boston. Expanding private, non-profit community mental health center seeks an Adult Psychiatrist to join a staff of ten psychiatrists for outpatient care. Vibrant collegial atmosphere with competitive salary and benefits.

• Provide outpatient care to adults with a range of psychiatric diagnoses.
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations.
• Maintain individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery in alignment with best practices.

1. Completion of an accredited residency program in general adult psychiatry.
2. License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire; valid DEA license.
3. Board certification in general adult psychiatry. If the applicant has completed residency within the past 5 years, they may be considered eligible for employment but must complete board certification within 5 years from the date of completion of their training.

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. offers a generous compensation package including paid time off, health and dental plans, retirement account match, etc. Applicants may be eligible for the NH State Loan Repayment program for up to $75,000 for a minimum service obligation of 36 months with an opportunity of an extension for an additional 24 months at $40,000.
