Job Description
Overview

YouMatter is a Jersey-based charity supporting children and young people to build confidence, healthy self-esteem, and make positive choices about their lives and relationships. We deliver hundreds of workshops in Jersey's schools and community settings every year. YouMatter is looking for an experienced administrator to support the smooth running of the charity. This is a vital role supporting finance, charity operations, communications, and day-to-day administration. The role is part-time, approximately 8-10 hours per week during term time, with reduced hours during school holidays. Flexible working is available.

Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth running of the charity with a focus on finance, charity operations, communications, and day-to-day administration.
Qualifications
  • Experience in administration is essential.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or systems such as Xero would be an advantage.
  • Hourly rate: £16-£18 per hour, depending on experience.
