Job Description
Overview

An Administrator is sought for a full-time, temporary role in Dudley (Brierley Hill). Core hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. Pay is £14.00-£15.00 per hour. This position supports the quality team of an automotive firm, focusing on maintaining precise records and documentation. Strong Excel capabilities and experience with CRM systems are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Quality department.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
  • Update and manage data within CRM and internal systems.
  • Produce reports and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create and use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to support reporting and identify trends.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure quality information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data management.
Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Confident using CRM systems and other computer-based software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
