Job Description
Overview 
An Administrator is sought for a full-time, temporary role in Dudley (Brierley Hill). Core hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. Pay is £14.00-£15.00 per hour. This position supports the quality team of an automotive firm, focusing on maintaining precise records and documentation. Strong Excel capabilities and experience with CRM systems are essential.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Quality department.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Update and manage data within CRM and internal systems.
- Produce reports and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to support reporting and identify trends.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure quality information is accurate and up to date.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data management.
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Confident using CRM systems and other computer-based software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Competitive pay of £14.00-£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
