Job Description

Brightwork is recruiting for an Administrator to work with our client, a well known organization based in Girvan.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and update data accurately and process/allocate via internal management systems.
  • Solve departmental queries to ensure process compliance.
  • Confidently update and pull data from Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collate data to support effective communication of KPI information across the business.
  • Accurately create export documents to support the wider team.
  • Monitor progress of deliveries alongside internal and external departments.
  • Work closely with business units to ensure smooth delivery of service to end clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience working within an administrative function.
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Confidence working with all MS Office packages and ability to pick up processes with ease.
  • Ability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment.

Job type: Ongoing temporary assignment, Monday to Friday business hours during a peak period.
