Job Description
Brightwork is recruiting for an Administrator to work with our client, a well known organization based in Girvan.
Responsibilities- Receive, review, and update data accurately and process/allocate via internal management systems.
- Solve departmental queries to ensure process compliance.
- Confidently update and pull data from Excel spreadsheets.
- Collate data to support effective communication of KPI information across the business.
- Accurately create export documents to support the wider team.
- Monitor progress of deliveries alongside internal and external departments.
- Work closely with business units to ensure smooth delivery of service to end clients.
- Experience working within an administrative function.
- Confidence liaising with stakeholders across all levels.
- Confidence working with all MS Office packages and ability to pick up processes with ease.
- Ability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment.
Job type: Ongoing temporary assignment, Monday to Friday business hours during a peak period.
