Overall Responsibilities:
To carry out a range of administrative tasks in relation to the day to day running of the practices administration.
Main duties of the job- Deal with all incoming patient related documents. To read code clinical documents.
- To summarise patient records.
- To undertake any other administrative tasks required by the practice.
We are a busy town centre GP Practice. We have a part time vacancy for a Practice Administrator . Experience of working in a GP surgery is desirable but not essential as training will be given
Job responsibilitiesTo carry out a range of administrativetasks in relation to the day to day running of the practices administration.
Person Specification Experience- Practical experience of working with others.
- Experience of using own initiative.
- Experience of working within Administration and or General Practice reception environment.
- Practical experience of computerised recording systems.
- Good standard of general education
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
- Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
- General qualifications in administration.
