You'll be part of a central team managing thousands of items of correspondence annually, helping ensure queries are handled efficiently and respectfully.
- Allocating and tracking incoming correspondence and formal requests
- Handling public calls and directing queries to the right teams
- Publishing responses and maintaining internal knowledge systems
- Supporting question workflows and briefing coordination
