The Role

We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support for international regulatory meetings and stakeholder engagement for a membership organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and delegate registrations
  • Manage attendance records and documentation systems
  • Provide administrative support during international meetings, including troubleshooting access issues
  • Maintain internal databases and SharePoint records
  • Support stakeholder communications and correspondence groups
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
About You
  • Proven administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Desirable
  • Experience supporting international meetings or events
